Trigger Point Therapy

Service Description

This treatment is perfect for people with trigger points or "knots" found in specific areas of the body causing discomfort, pain and even a decrease in range of motion. Pressure is placed on the trigger point until it is released. Pin point heavy pressure will be used and the client will give feedback during the session to ensure pressure is agreeable. Add CBD cream or Essential Oils to your massage for $10. ***Not Deep Tissue *As part of your session I include consultation time to discuss your concerns and dressing/undressing time.

24 Hour Notice for cancelations

Please give a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment with out giving me a timely notice, you will be charged for the full amount. I also understand there are unavoidable circumstances out of our control, and if you have an emergency I will be glad to reschedule your session. If it's not an emergency please cancel 24 hours in advance so the therapist can schedule another client.
